We dispatch every order with care and freshness in mind. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days, and you will receive a tracking link when your parcel ships so you can watch for your premium sweets to arrive.
We offer free standard shipping on every order over £30. Express delivery options are available at checkout for those who cannot wait.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Sweets should be returned in their original, unopened condition.
If your order arrives with any damage, please let us know immediately and we'll replace it right away at no cost.
